Eco-Warriors
This year our eco-committee have voted on a new name change: The Eco Warriors! We have opened up the position to KS1 children too which ensures that pupil voice is heard across school. We are working on involving our Early Years children too through the older children visiting and sharing our ideas.
Each year group voted on two members of their class to become an Eco Warrior. We are pleased to welcome back some veteran members and also lots of new faces. Eco Warriors will meet fortnightly to discuss important issues surrounding the environment and climate change both within our school and local community. Our discussions will promote change and we will be working towards completing our action plan over the course of the year. This is a child led group who, with the support of staff members, are passionate about implementing change for the future.
